It's a nice theory Wendy. What you'll really get is just a bill from your lawyer. Most to all of your calls are from spoofed (faked) caller ID numbers. These people could be anywhere in the world, but all are foreign and domestic criminals. You'll spend a million to find them, only to find they are in countries where scamming Americans isn't a high priority for the corrupt Government. Please consider call blocking for land line, or cell.

I've lost count how many times they have called me. I've had 18 of these type calls in the last 3 days. I don't usually answer these calls but now and then one slips by me. I'm about ready to get rid of my phone! Why don't they do something about these idiots!

Called me every single day for 3 weeks. Never left a message saying who it was. This is harassment. Not interested. Go away.

They won't stop calling and asking me to start school again...they won't leave me alone.. 3-4 times a day. Every day. Constantly leaving me voice mails. I've already nicely said please stop.

Omg they call me like a 4 times a day! Today was only to so far, I honestly want to cuss them out , I don’t even know how they got my number . Even if you tell them your not interested they just talk over you and they still CALL you the day! Does anyone know how to go above their heads and report this harassment?!

Yes.  First you know who is calling you.  So you find their address.  You then type out a letter and you mail it certified, return receipt, telling them that you revoke any and all TCPA permissions and that if they continue to call you will then sue them for at least $500 per violation.
