I received three phone calls from this number between 6:00 and 8:00 am. This is insane…

Received three calls from 954-858-5445 today. It says, after a pause, "Hello, my name is Michael" then proceeds to say he is calling because of my previous interest in health insurance. It's a recording with prompts. When I said I already have health insurance, the voice interrupts and asks if I have Medicare or Medicaid. I replied no and it said they would transfer me to a live agent for assistance. Then someone got on the line, said, "F*** this s**t" and hung up.

I have received three calls from this number all within the hour. The first time I answered and was greeted with a recording trying to connect me with a sales person for health insurance so I hung up. The other two times the number seemed to leave voice messages only for there to be silence from 3 minutes to 4 minutes. Very annoying when you are at work and your pocket is constantly vibrating.

This is an unwanted unsolicited call from someone who will not identify themselves. They call several times a day.

Why are you defending the auto diner guys?    Spoofing or no spoofing.   Unless you wish to prove you intellectual superiority (to yourself).  Does it make you feel bigger?         let people [***] about these [***].

I'd happily stick up for you in this situation, but I'm still getting calls from this number and it's been over a month since you posted this reply. Don't you have ways to block people from using your service? Obviously this number is fraudulent since so many people have commented.

WOW - being pissed at the low life spam callers is one thing, but lashing out at someone who is simply pointing out that trashing a phone card company because some [***] is using their calling card service to make spam calls makes no sense - you might as well trash ATT and Verizon for all the spam callers who call through their services.  Or do you trash Ford because someone gets drunk and runs over someone with their Explorer?

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Don't have all the fact who these jokers are; and for all I care, they can just keep making themselves look like the fools they are. I installed a very good callblocker that catches everything that is not on my contacts or outgoing lists. Sorry about their luck. Truly sux to be them!
