Usually calls evening and has not left a message.

Same thing..a late evening call and no message left...who are they?

I picked it up and did not say anything, heard what sounded like 1,000 people all talking at one time. Obviously a phone bank.....

calls every few weeks wanting to invest my money.  won't take no, won't take hang-ups, started with polite request: no thanks i'm not interested, pls take me off your list.  what a waste of life these people are.

calls and wants to speak to the owner because he has"a very important package of information" to send that we requested. when we tell him to take us off his calling list and he turns into the world's largest jerk!

A call from this number asked for me by name.  Gentleman by the name of Andrew working for Oak Capital.  Gave me his return number as 877-506-2539 and web address as www.oakfx.com  He wanted to sell me options on the trading of the euro against the US dollar.  I had similar calls to this last year for oil options.  They have ties to JP Morgan and Perigrin investments or pfg best.  I don't know the legeitimacy of the call.
