The caller called my business line and asked for the owner of the business by name (me). I said he can't take the call right now. She said she will call again.

Our phone # is on the Do Not Call Registry and these idiots still persist on calling, when I tried to return their call, it says this # has been disconnected ?!?!

I got a call from this number today 954-861-2053. I am on the do not call list also! leeches!!!!

Call from same.....could not speak good English...I repeated that I could not understand them....get me to somebody that could speak English.  Caller got upset and hung up....I win this one.

Call place of business, when I answered they just hung up. I tried calling the number back and said that number was disconnected!!

Note when you call back to this number an automated recorded says you have reached a number that is no longer in service or has been disconnected. Some slickster down in Pompano Beach, FL has programmed his phone switch to reflect this non-working phone number. The sleaze-ball in an insidious scheme hopes that by you seeing what may appear to be a legit ph number, a greater chance you'll pick up. A displayed number also gets around SBC's/AT&T, privacy manager that blocks calls to any incoming line that doesn't display a number, legit or not. It's clever, sneaky, but definitely insidious as these dirt bags know exactly what they are doing. Calls and hangs-up 6 times in one morning!  Dahhh! I'm trying to run an Emergency plumbing business here!  There should be a law against this. Other annoying callers have told me they can call businesses all they want and I can't do anything about it! Why do they bother? I'm not going to buy anything from them- ever!!!

Number keeps calling and line is quiet when I say hello, so I hang up.

Sounds like reverse phone detective is a scam working with the callers. I wouldn't ever answer one of these again and I would never give a dime to these idiots who charge you for information.

they call every day , it rings ,i awnser , they hang up , right after i hang up ,usually within 30 seconds  a company called ameribank calls and wants to give me a quote on credit card processing , to have fun with them i tell them i am interested and to send out a rep , when they show up i ask them if they like there time wasted as much as i do , ha ha what a bunch of vultures , kill them all - ameribank number is 630-307-6507- these people have been reported to dont not call .gov , tyhey wont stop calling no matter what , have been bothering me for almost a year

They always call when you are busy doing a million things and then you answer and no one is there.  You try to call them back and also it says I have reached a number that is no longer in service....whatever.  If you have to hide your phone # from whom you are calling, you probably shouldn't be calling them in the first place huh,  Annoying.

These calls are generated to solict the general public for money. They waste our timeclocks. Need better removal of their numbers.They have all of us on indepth data bases. Please don't fall for these scams.

Telemarketing dirtbags never unveil their true intentions. No difference between these dirtbags and Obama, who has all sorts of Marxist plans for U.S. Where are all the touchy-feely lefties that run on good feelings.
