I got a call on my mobile from this number.

selling some kind of phone plans - A recorded message plays for about one minute, then asks you to press 1 for an agent, and 2 to be removed from their calling list. (954) is a Florida area code, I wonder why these telemarketeres are so stupid selling their phone plans to me (in BC Canada).
