    Warranty scam. Also a possible "yes response" scam.
    "Hi, this is Angela from Warranty Services ... would you like to hear your options?"
    Also, looks like another spoofed Caller ID number from Western CO. They seem to like to use that area when calling area code 970 numbers. Maybe it because it's less likely to collide with a real number.
