Interactive call about my having been in a recent auto accident.  Whenever I was asked a question, I would say, "Hi!  Who's calling?" After the 3rd question I heard that I would be transferred to an agent.  After a minute of holding the call ended.  I dialed the number back and heard a familiar anonymous greeting, voice by a man with a foreign accent, thanking me for calling sales & marketing; unfortunately all agents were busy; and they have my information and will call again.
