This person is calling me and when I try to respond it just rings and no one picks up.

This person is saying that my mother has a civil suit that is going to be filed in the county and they need to know when I will be home so they can come serve ME the subpoena since they can't find her. SUCH A SCAM! Are they this ignorant?

This is what was said, I copied and pasted this from my voicemail. I Took my son’s name off.
“This information is intended for my son ,  case number 125 -0364 this is Nicole and I'm contacting you regarding an order that was submitted to my office morning I need to verify your address for service of process at your residence and place of employment My son you have a claim that has been filed against you at this point you have the opportunity you can contact the firm that's handling your claim to discuss the matter I can be reached at 844-258-2960 I'm going to give you that case number once again is 125 Dash 0364 this is My son  you have officially been notified…”

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance.

LOL they just called my work and asked for someone who obviously doesn't work here, they didn't say where they were from but only that I myself bc I work here, I was getting served bc they couldn't find the person they were looking for. I said they dont work here and they said okay well then you need to be ready with your ID bc we are going to serve you. Not sure the point of it bc they didn't ask for money or anything.

Same circumstance as above but for a name ive never heard, i instantly declined the first call but they kept calling so i had to block. Then i received a VM  from "nicole" wanting to serve someone ive never heard of, ending it with "you have been served" beware of this fake call yall!

They've been persistent got calls on different occasions
Now they've contacted my relatives from another state
And my ex wife that i've been divorce from for more than a decade.
