Caller's accent was a cross between a southern gentleman and Foghorn Leghorn.  He asked for a former employee who left 4 years ago, stating he was following up on roof maintenance of a building that was demolished 10 years ago.

Hilarious! That is a Perfect description of the caller! Asked how my roof was & when I told him it was fine he said okie dokie I'll take your number off my call list

The first time Charlie called he claimed someone in our warehouse contacted him about a leaky roof.  We don't have a leaky roof and we don't use these people.  I told him I needed a name. 2nd call - he still doesn't have a contact name.
