Called my work, no message.

Said they wanted to talk to our owner about our roof, told him I could see he was calling from out of state and we don't do business with roofers from out of state.  He hung up.

It's Cinemark Roofing Solutions, somebody named Robert called. I don't know how the hell they get my name (I'm not listed) as 'As I understand you're the person in charge of roofing decisions' ... I played dumb, told him no, which is true, and I didn't know who to talk to. He said he'd call back, who should he ask for, again I told him I didn't know. He left his info: The call back number is toll free I think: 866-829-6399 , so that might show up on some caller IDs too. It came in as 'Dallas'.

Called stating they were Cinemark Roofing Solutions asking to speak to whoever is in charge of the roofing or maintance of the buildings roof.

Earl Wilson from Centimark. HE IS RUDE AND SPEAKS VERY CONDESENDING. Fishing for information trying to get our business for roofing services. That's not the way to get business, or to conduct yourself. You should be nice to others, that's a basic human right.

John Wathen calling from Centimark asking if we had any roofing coming up.  But like others, we would hire someone local rather than an out of state company.  He gave call back # as 866-829-6399 xt 1593

A Woody Stodden called here from 972-764-1580 and said the owner by name and he needed to talk to him. I told him that he was out and could i take a  message.  The number he gave me was 866-829-6399 ext. 1581. I asked what the call was in regards to, and he said "old buisiness". Suuuurrrree! After reading what in on this page i see that it's just another scammer trying to talk to the boss/owner.  This message will NOT be passed on to anyone in our office -- EVER!

RUDE  man refused to answer any basic receptionist questions. He is a jerk will not be successful talking to people the way he does.

Had a very similar experience to BarbieJud. Woody Stoppen/Stodden called and asked to speak directly to our general manager by name. When I told him he was on the other line, could I take a message ? he gave me his name and the number 866-829-6399 x 1581. When asked what is was in regards to he said "some business" and I asked if our manager was expecting his call and he then got even more condescending with me. As a woman who received this call who also happens to be our manager's wife I can guarantee this message from "Woody" will never reach our manager's desk, especially after reading all this.... Also worth mentioning the caller ID did show up as Dallas for me as well, similar to others above.

A guy named Woody called one of our property manager's (not by name) and left a message about our roof. I could hear other phones and calls being made in the background and just instantly deleted his message. He's just trying to sell or make some scam about our roof. Checked the area code and it shows as a Dallas, Texas area code for me. Just hang up on the caller if he says "Cinemark Roofing" or "My name is Woody".

"Woody Stodden" Called, asked for our manager by name. Told him he was on vacation. "woody" left a message and i asked what it was in regards to, he just says "a little business". Spammer and a liar!

Don't know who the person was, didn't give his name.
Called asking for one of our previous employees, told him she wasn't available, he asked for her voicemail, I told her he wasn't here anymore , he asked for the manager, I told him if he was calling to place an order I could help him, he said he wasn't calling to place an order and wanted to talk to the manager, I told him she wasn't the manager before and asked him what he needed help with and he said you know what, never mind and hung up. He was a bit rude with all of this, that's sure not going to get him anywhere.

Received a very very RUDE call from "Woody" refused to say what company he was from.  He demanded to talk w/who ever is in charge.  I transferred him to someone that I knew wouldn't answer.  He called back as I was reading all of these comments.  Again, VERY RUDLY demanded to talk w/someone.  I again tried to ask him what he wanted or if he was a sales person. I then asked if it was for roofing.  He got quiet, then, tried tell ME, he did millions of dollars of work for my company.  ALL back East.   However, his call(s)  will go to no one w/how horrible he is.  Think I just might even call the company.  The number he keeps calling from is 972-764-1580.

Called asking for *name* in purchasing-maintenance.  I asked which department he wanted as we have both. He said I'm looking for *name*, I explained that we don't have anyone working here by that name.  He stated his notes said they talked to *name* a year ago last summer.  I said Sir, I've been here 2 years and we've never ... he said oh BS and hung up on me.

Woody leaves messages 3 times a week. He called yesterday and I answered explaining we would like to be removed from the call list that the person he keeps asking for retired so no old business or new happening and he rudely replied “you still have a roof on your building!”
I told him he was rude and he will be turned in at this point I’m tired of this harassment!

This rude man called asking for people who haven’t worked here in many years. When he didn’t get what he wanted, he gave me a condescending speech, mad at me for not giving into him, and not going against company policy.  He then hung up on me. No wonder he’s so hard up for contracting work,  no one wants to hire a very unpleasant, unprofessional man.

After reading all the previous posts, I realize it was just my turn to get a call from grumpy Woody. His biting personality rendered our interaction a waste of time for both of us.  Too bad; this campus has millions of square feet of office buildings, warehouses, hangars and we are building, building, building!  Roof after roof after roof after roof after roof...all needing maintenance!  Woody's inability to control his emotions may have cost hundreds of thousands of dollars of work.  Had he been cordial, or at least professional, he could have received the information he needs.    Oh well!

Wilford Brimley, er... I mean "Woody", called and left us a message wanting to talk about our roof.  Holy cow, this guy has been doing this a long time, hasn't he?
