I got a call from this number on my cell phone and answered it. It is a pre-recorded message from someone who sounds like from India.  I hardly ever give out my cell phone number.  When I do give out my cell number I ask the person before I give it out "Do you give my information to anyone else?".  If they say they do not, then I give my number.   There is no way I should have received this call. What is this? I hung up immediately.  Anyone have more information?

Just another dim-witted Indian recruiter who found your resume online and matched it up, very poorly, with a job description he is recruiting for. I am looking for work so I get a ton of these. Some leave a message in such poor English that you can't understand a single word.
