- Kareem replies to Fred| 4 repliesThis is my number. I don’t even know who you are and you don’t know who I am. I am not a scammer. Remove this or my legal team will find you and pursue you and this entire platform for defamation.
- BigA replies to Kareem| 3 repliesMy, you seem to have a lot of phone numbers. Why is that? What makes you think that person can remove a post?
You are certainly funny with your bravado and hollow threats. First, that person simply reported a phone call. I would bet that your phone number was spoofed. Since you never, ever heard of "Caller ID Spoofing" you should look it up. Second, you need to know who he is and where he is located to sue. Good luck with that! Third, you cannot sue this platform since it is protected by Federal Law. Don't believe me? Simply ask your "legal team" which I doubt that you have. I also have to wonder why you looked up your own phone number? Did you forget who it belonged to? - Kareem replies to BigA| 2 repliesAnd who are you? You seem to be making a lot of invalid personal accusations for someone who has not a single clue who we are.
Only 2 phone numbers, a personal line and business line, very common nowadays for entrepreneurs… I was not aware a person cannot remove a post on this site, pretty inconvenient.
As for how we pursue the individual commenting as “Fred” or this site, that should be none of your concern. We have reported the comments stated here to the site and will await their response. Then, we will determine how to proceed.
How we found out about this ordeal: A potential client screenshotted Fred’s accusation and brought it to my attention resulting in the potential loss of that client. So we are already suffering from emotional distress and loss of compensation.
Thank you. Good luck to you as well. - BigA replies to Kareem
Why would it be "inconvenient"? For that matter "Fred" won't ever see your post unless "Fred" comes back which rarely happens.Quote:I was not aware a person cannot remove a post on this site, pretty inconvenient.
I'm a registered member here. I don't really care who you are but I can tell that you are blowing smoke since you don't seem to know what you are writing about. You haven't communicated with "Fred" and the website administrator is not required to remove the post per Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. You can read about here since you don't seem to communicating very well with your "legal team". https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/wh ... nternet-speech/Quote:And who are you? I notice that this phone number only comes back to a transportation company so I don't see how a complaint about real estate would affect you. My guess is that you are a scammer and are here to do damage control with threats of "legal action". Wouldn't be the first time it happened and certainly will not be the last. - MikeHuntleton replies to Kareem
So you want people to believe you lost a client because they were not educated enough to understand "Fred" might have been reporting about a caller who spoofed this number? You also now want future potential clients to come and read that you too are not educated enough to know it either? I don't know about you, but if I was in the same situation, I would be thankful not to have such a client that would make a snap decision based on a single very vague post.Quote:How we found out about this ordeal: A potential client screenshotted Fred’s accusation and brought it to my attention resulting in the potential loss of that client. You posted comments on a public bulletin board, so it is everyone's concern if they have something to contribute to the topic.Quote:As for how we pursue the individual commenting as “Fred” or this site, that should be none of your concern. - AnnoyedMale caller asked if i owned a house, refused to identify himself and hung up.
