Called at 4:40 am, twice! Actual number on caller id was: 977 981 4960416, name not found. Way too many numbers. Kept saying Hello, hello, hellloooo, then some gibberish, hello, helllooo, gibberish again. I was almost asleep so set the phone down. He stayed on for about a minute and then hung up. Then called right back and again only said hello, hello, then some foreign gibberish again and kept saying hello. He finally hung up. I blocked.
