This happened to me as well. He harassed me once he learned I was 15.

Repeatedly received a call from this number on my cell claiming to reduce my interest rate on credit card. I hung up before the lady finishes speaking

He told me I sound sexy over the phone and kept harrassing me. I asked to speak to a supervisor he put me on hold for forever then says I will let you if you say something to me in a sexy seductive way. Who ever these people are, somebody needs to do something about this.

Got a call from 978-570-2392 again today. This time I pressed 9 to speak to a rep. When I asked him what the name of the company was he said "Ok, I`ll spell it out for you. F U C K Y O U". Then asked him to take me off the list because I dont have a credit card. He said "I dont care braw. OK, I dont give a [***]. Were gonna keep calling you." Then he hung up. These guys call me every day. Im sick of this. Its harassment. Who do I report these guys to?

I called the Wilmington Massachusetts Police Department.  This is the area where the phone number prefix originates from.  They said that receiving this phone call does not raise suspicion, so there is nothing legally that can be done.  I wouldn't bother calling them.  
I am just saving the number in my phone as scam, and will not be picking it up anymore.  However I do wonder what kind of list I am on, how are they getting our numbers.  I bank and work locally, so the only thing that jumps out at me is that I am a Verizon customer.  My phone nummber originates in South Dakota. If you can think of any other commonality that we may have please include this information.  I have bookmarked this page, and will check it regularly to search for a pattern.

I just got a new cell phone number and I have been bombarded with solicitors, this number included.  I have registered on the do not call list and hopefully the calls will cease.

Called today around 11:30 central time. Recording  wanting to lower my rate to 6% and me to press 9.

People like this need to burn in hell!

I just looked the # up and they have many other numbers in the same area that they call from

I got call on my phone i did  not know who this was and i hung up but its uses up minutes
