Two calls from this number in the past week from "Potential Spam".  No message left either time (the first time I think it was blocked by the call filter because the phone only rang four times; the second call came in while I was out).  A couple of websites said the carrier is Level 3 Communications (and a lot of spam calls trace back to them) but another site said it was RCN Telecom -- I haven't found a connection between the two companies (such as being owned by the same parent company) but that doesn't mean there isn't some sort of connection....
