- JaneThis call is from Express Scripts. I live in St. Louis, their HQ. I don't know why they use a MA number. I called it back, as I missed the call yesterday. I called back to learn it was from EX SCR, but it was a recorded call. I didn't care to speak to them, so I dumped it. ES is my Rx supplier, so I was not being scammed, but I wasn't interested either.
- Caller: Express Scripts
- Liz| 1 replyNo, this number is NOT actually Express Scripts. I just received a message from this number saying they had important questions for me and to call them back at (855) 842-5860. I called the number on the back of my prescription card instead, and Express Scripts had no record of trying to contact me recently. Watch out for this scam!!
- JodeeIt's the automated system Express Scripts uses telling you to call a different number for your medication refill. It's not a scam.
- Caller: Express Scripts
- GailI didn't answer the call but do have express scripts for my medications. They called my cell phone and they shouldn't have that number....in fact, my profile doesn't contain any phone numbers.
- Bryan| 1 replyThis is an automated call from Express Scripts asking you call another number to take a survey about the quality of their service.
- Caller: Express Scripts
- Call type: Survey
- LadyDJTV replies to BryanYes, this was the 2nd call I received today and the earlier one was for me to return the call and do a survey. Not a scam but not anything important either. Don't bother me with phone calls for surveys!
- cHIt's a robo call from Express Scripts about a survey they are doing. It's not enough that they spam mail me, now they are telecalling me. Here's some feedback--bothering the FUK out of me is not a good way to treat a customer!
- Caller: Express Scripts
- RayThis 'may' be a legitimate survey from Express Scripts. Not sure how it can be confirmed as scam free. They did leave a msg using my first and last name wanting to know how they are doing their job. ES does provide mail delivery pharmacy for my health insurer. They want me to call back 855-842-5860. They need to send an e-mail instead since then I would be able to hover over the link and make sure it starts with www.express-scripts to confirm it really was from ES.
- Caller: EXPRESS SCRIPTS
- Call type: Survey
- DtdAppears to be an express scripts survey, they do have many name
- ToshiSince I don't know anyone in MA I added it to my auto reject list. They left a voicemail message saying they were Express Scripts which I do use. If they want me to take a survey they have my email address. How they got my cell number is beyond me. Needless to say I won't be taking that survey.
- Caller: Express Scripts-maybe
- Call type: Survey
- CyWhile I do use Express Scripts, they should not know the phone number that this call came in on. So this may be a scam. I did not answer the call. They left a message about calling them on a different number to take a survey. Suspicious since they would normally do that via email.
- MitchScammers trying to get you to answer "Yes" so they can steal your money. BLOCK

- Caller: Express Scripts

- DoJnDI, too, am an Express Scripts Member. I didn't answer. Message left--about a survey, just like the others. Now that I know it's a survey, I'll block if they call back. My block list is way too full to do it now. ;-)
- Fed UpDO NOT RESPOND - SCAMMERS - HANG UP!!! Like others noted, they claimed to be Express Scripts wanting to take a survey and asked if I was "they knew my name". Once I responded 'yes' (MISTAKE), I realized this was likely a SCAM! So I hung up and contacted Express Scripts directly and they said they would never call for a survey unless I had just recently contacted them (which I had not). Reported the number to the FTC Complaint Line.

- G-maDon't know if call was legit. I am not comfortable with calling the 855 number. They had my first name correct but totally mispronounced my last name. M
- DaveGot call today, didn't answer. Checked here first. I use Express Scripts, but never answer numbers I don't know. And I would never allow anyone to actually start any survey with me, and no way will I say "yes" when I don't know who is calling. I can always call them if I have to.

- Phil replies to LizSame here! Obviously, Express Scripts is hacked but they don'e want/know/care about it.
- Kate| 2 repliesThese people claiming to be Express Scripts have been calling my number relentlessly. I have had this exact same phone number for over 25 years. They leave messages for Gene Lucas. Always for this Lucas person. There has never been a Gene Lucas associated with my phone number. How do I get this to stop?
