    Received a prior call from a David Miller (so-called) at 876-406-4351 saying I was a Publisher's Clearinghouse Winner (from a long time ago). David said I should call John Malone at 979-320-8706. It was obviously the same person telling me I had won $13.5 million dollars and a new Mercedes Benz! I started asking him a lot of questions and said on the Publisher's Clearinghouse website they clearly state that winners are notified in person or by certified mail via a carrier. He hung up on me....go figure!!!
