    I picked up the call but didn't answer until I heard a live voice. The caller claimed to be an agent from Allstate Insurance offering to give me a quote on my insurance policies. It may have been legit. But, it was clear that English was not this person's first language, and that would lead me to suspect the caller was not a legitimate agent. Sorry if I guessed wrong. I politely ended the call. I simply didn't have time to indulge him, as I was busy with other things.
