A call from UN-known - some type of scam - A search shows this number to be a toll free from Ashville, AL.  They keep calling using a different new number after being told to remove my number from their call list and blocked.

Then you should find another information source to do your searches.  The 205 area code is not reserved for toll-free numbers.  Or, maybe you just screwed up when you selected your copy and paste block of text for your post.

"UN-known" on the Caller ID display indicates an incoming call where the caller's name is blocked, unavailable or could not be determined by your service provider.  That value is placed there by your service provider.  It does not represent the actual name of an individual or a company.  Just because you told one such caller (a long, long time ago, based on your posts) to remove your number from their call lists, it does not mean that request was made to the other numbers that call and show the same value in the Caller ID "name" field.  They are different callers.

JOman could just post his "name" and everyone would know he/she has no clue who is calling.  Anyway, this call is from the "Business Lending Department" with your pre-approved loan.

Well, what do you know, he was sort of right with his "some type of scam".
But then, a broken clock is right, for a moment, twice a day.
