Robocall about credit cards - merchant services.  On my DO NOT ANSWER list!!

"This is Merchant Services, Your Credit Card Terminal needs Critical Mandatory Update"   Our business is with Merchant Services but not out of Florida as the caller ID indicated. The Automated message was left as above.... Merchant Services name did not show when the call came in...  I won't be calling that number back -

Same as Pat above. Critical update call 904-385-3519. Serious marketing error on their part.

Critical Update to credit card terminal.  We've gotten several of these call over the past year, but this one was very nasty in the tone of it, stating it is extremely urgent.  It's frustrating because we have a small business.

DO NOT RETURN ANY CALL YOU RECEIVE FROM SOMEONE WHO WANTS INFORMATION ON YOUR CREDIT CARD TERMINAL OR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. DONT CALL THE NUMBER  CALL YOUR BANK OR YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHO SERVICES YOUR TERMINAL DIRECT. LET THEM DETERMINE IF THIS  FRAUD.  IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT. PROTECT YOURSELF.  DONT EVEN TRUST THE CALLER ID.  CALL THE PHONE NUMBER YOU RECEIVED FROM YOUR BANK OR YOUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR.

Receive this call stating that they are Mrch services , They are not , they are low lifes trying to steal your info, Don't fall for it and don,t give any info call your co/or bank first.  And Google the phone number.

"This is Merchant Services, Your Credit Card Terminal needs Critical Mandatory Update"  Either a scam or trying to move services to their vendor. Tacky way of doing business or looking to steal your information. Not willing to find out either.

Caller is Advanced Merchant Services. I have spoken to a "manager" on countless occasions, have requested my number be removed from their call lists 9 times yet they continue to call. The number they are calling is to a private line into an office. It has become such a problem, I had to have my office number changed. They handle and/or maintain credit card terminals. Their sale people seem kind enough until you explain your situation, then they tell you that you are wasting their time and hang up on you with no resolution.

Same situation as user teebalyn - idiots wont remove you from their list - they are calling a private line inside our office and always play an obnoxious loud message about credit card terminal bs.

Correct! Your merchant company should have all your info already. Always call your current provider first before volunteering your sensitive info.

Scam!!!! They left me a message about some mandatory update for my credit card machine. I called them back and they asked for serial and terminal numbers of my credit card machine. I told them that I work with my bank directly and I don't provide this information. Second - told them to remove them from the caller list because I red bad reviews about 904-385-3519. Didn't finish my speech, they hung up!

This is a scam. I called my provider after the first call I received and was told not to call them back. My bank does not notify customers via robocalls.

Agree with above posts. Terrible nuisance. Can't get them to stop calling with their awful taped messages.

I received a call from 904-3853519 and they hung up. I called them back and told them that I do not have a business and asked them to remove my number from their list. She was polite and said give it 24-48 hours. Hope it will happen

This just smells bad!

I am tired of receiving this bogus phone call.  I do not have a terminal.  The owner of this number should be flogged for bogus information.  It is not right that I am being bothered at work.
