Its a lie. There is no prize. The message was sent by a thief. He will trick you into giving him money. He will never give you any money. All Nokia e-mail addresses end with @nokia.com. Any address that does not end with @nokia.com did not come from Nokia. Delete the message. Do not reply to it....
And another thing, this site did not send you any message either! Nor did Nokia that is in the mibile phone business NOT the lottery business. The site is a fake site, only 1 day old. Free, web based email accounts are used and these scammers have nothing to do with Best Buy or gift cards. Delete the text and absolutely do MOR reply in any way to it!!!
