These guys are scammers from Nigeria, they are called oil rig scammers, where they say they work for an oil and gas company on contract base or on a project.
I second the question by JohnWatson - What is their alleged scam? Also, are we to believe that they called you from Nigeria using spoofed numbers from the UAE, Germany and the US?
These people are Romance scammers trying to take money from widows and lonely women that are vulnerable. If they ask you to buy gift cards and give them or they tell you they love you and need to pay someone to get to where you are, it's a lie. Please protect yourselves people.
