ive been getting strange calls where the number that shows up is 205, or 218, or 223... the caller wanted to hook me up with some kind of medical card. he asked me for my banking account information to "varify my identity"... i gave him one to an account that i closed... and they knew the account was no good... which scared me... they also said they already had my info and that i just needed to varify the info that they already had... i didnt believe that this was true because they said the bank that they had in my file was wells fargo which was the bank to the closed account... not my real banking account... thank god. so the only info they had was info that i gave them. I went through a recording varification process with the fourth supervisor they made me talk to (aparently i was the cause of much frustration there) who proceeded to cuss at me...and tell me to go to hell... after i refused to cooperate. All while we were allegedly being recorded for "quality assurance"...
