I received an email from NationalLegalProcess@lawyer.com today stating I owe $375.00 for a 210.00 loan. This looks almost legit. Problem are the inconsistencies with the Payment Due Date and the actual amount claimed to be financed. They show a due date of today's date and a due date of this Friday, 21/10/2011. Claim to be the company Cash Express Inc. based in New Mexico and provided the phone number 213-293-9344.
I just reported them to the FBI. Don't believe them. Don't call them. Feel free to report them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center at
www.ic3.gov.
What you should be concerned about is how they got your personal information.
