Ambitious scammers up to no good!

BEWARE:  ON   21 October 2011;  Got a charge on my credit card that I NEVER authorized.  The Name on the charge was Accelerated Judgment.  I would like to see these people in JAIL.  I never recieved a call just a bill on my credit card.  I called the number as soon as I saw it on my card.  First call spoke to an answering machine that got me upset.  Then I called back and someone answered by the name of Nate.  He refused to go into details about the person that made the charge but insisted that he ran a lagitamate business.  After talking to him I called my credit card and reported it as fraud.  I hope they catch you and string you up from the tallest tree!!!! The number called is 1-404-699-0735

1-404-699-0735 is the phone number of a resort:

At least, it is as far as hotfrog.com is concerned.  But, it wouldn't be the first time that some knuckle dragging debt collector spoofed their phone number.  And, it also wouldn't be the first time that a debt collector pretended to be someone else - even going so far as posting a fake business identity for themselves on a manta.com type of website - see 877-729-8717, Central Services for another example of this:  Central Services is a debt collector pretending to be an electrical contractor - to avoid being presented with c&d letters or summons' from the people who decide to get even.
