Www.archstonecomplianceandsubmissionsconsulting.com is the website to another Oldsmar Fl scam of a company that is the same company as GSA Applications who received an Injunction from the Florida Attorney Generals Office to stop stealing people's money promising a GSA contract. These people are going to end up in jail. I guess since this name has been tagged how long will it be before they change the name of the company and build another website to continue the scam?

It's GSA Applications/Federal Verification at it again!  Same references, same no address, no phone number...It just doesn't stop.  And the building on the home page?  Right click and "search google for this image" It's not even their building.  Where is the FBI or the FTC?  Oh that's right....they are hiding the boiler room calling center yet again

Can't believe what I am reading. I was offered to get a gas schedule and when I received terms and conditions is was about state registration and would do my gsa if I qualify. Almost did it till I read the info here

They offer to do an all encompassing service for a large fee of around $6,000. Your GSA schedule would be included at no cost if you qualify, if you do not, you paid $6,000 for services that you could do yourself.

How are they getting around the court order?

This is from the COURT ORDERED STIPULATED INJUNCTION against Federal Verification Co, DBA GSA Applications Services, GSA 1000, LLC, GSA Preview, and James Dale Sprecher, an individual:

I will summarize the intro by saying that the Florida AG and James D Sprecher reached an agreement. That agreement prohibits the following (and I will be quoting the Order from this point forward):
A. Making, expressly or by implication, any false or misleading oral or written representation in connection with the marketing, advertising, promoting, offering for sale, selling or providing government contract assistance or consulting services relating to submission of offers or documentation to facilitate an award of United States General Services Administration ("GSA") Schedule(s) through GSA application processing services or attainment of qualifications to become eligible to provide goods or services through federal procurement.
*****B. Directly soliciting Consumer for the sale of GSA application processing services.*****
C. Assisting others in making misrepresentations to the Consumers of GSA application processing services.
D. Directly or indirectly owning, controlling or managing a third party who solicits Consumers for the sales of GSA application processing services and who refers the Consumer to the Defendants, or either Federal Verification or Sprecher, for the processing of the Consumers application to the GSA (collectively, "Referral Sources").
E. Consulting with Referral Sources on their sales methods, techniques or "pitches".
****F. Directly or indirectly engaging in business as a provider of GSA application processing services in a name other than "Federal Verification Co., Inc.," including the use of any registered fictitious name, except as provided in the monthly reporting provision in Section III.G. below.****
G. Acquiring a Consumer (as defined herein) for GSA application services from any Referral Source directly or indirectly owned, controlled, or managed by Defendant.

It is a long painful Order essentially shutting down all marketing operations for a company that has ripped off THOUSANDS of business owners.
