    I was called from James W Rowe's supposed office today saying I owed for a pay day loan.  He had excellent information about me and said it was fraud.  He even had my SS#.  I told him all my payday loans had been discharged in bankruptcy.  He told me that I had used federal funds and taken out several and then my account had been closed so it was considered federal fraud and I would go to jail today if I didn't pay.  I am glad I looked on here and hope it is a scam because I am not paying.  The phone number he used was 202-827-1692
