I am so alarmed by your posts and so worried by the tone, that I've prepared this warning statement on your behalf for the rest of the 800notes community:

Dear 800notes forum users, Henri has made it perfectly clear that when he posts something to a specific user on a public forum, any other user who is not the intended recipient of his question or comment should refrain from offering any response be it positive or negative in any way. Failure to do so will result in a child-like outburst from Henri which will make you, the responder, sad. You may even cry then have to go sit in a room by yourself to calm down. In the interest of good international relations, I implore you to give Henri the proper treatment he deserves at all times!

Henri - you need a lawyer from the US to explain US law to you.  I'm sure you can find one who speaks both English and French in Bangor, Maine, USA.  

Julia has not violated US law.  She is covered under the Right to Free Speech, which is part of the US Bill of Rights.  Julia lives in the US state of North Carolina.  Any suit against her or against this board has to be filed in North Carolina.

Julia's law team has already won 2 lawsuits.  In both suits Julia was awarded damages because the other party filed a frivolous suit.  Are you planning to be the 3rd person who sues her then has to pay her for the inconvenience?

1st : if TOS prevent you .....it should also prevent to post in french.  Obviously reading pages 1 to 47 demonstrate the opposite.
2nd : none of you know a second language

Actually, I took 2 years of French in high school. I went to high school and college in Maine. I remember much of the French I learned becaused I used it reading French road signs and listening to French ads. I have visited Quebec city, Montreal, and Lac Megantic, all by car. Many of the tourists in Maine are French-Canadian.

I read several of the French-language post in this thread. I didn't notice the obscenities or swear words because those words weren't covered in class. I did see that many of the posts are complaints about Henri's travel agency.  He use deceptive practices and over-charges for mediocre service. 

Many of the regulars on this board have picked-up on Henri's threats against this board and Julia's replies to those threats. I'm watching to see how this turns out


Henri - you are welcome to report the obscene posts to Julia.  Just click the ! button at the bottom right corner of the post.  Then tell Julia, in English, what the problem is.  Julia will confirm what you said and delete the offensive posts.  But she will not delete every post you object to.  She will not delete posts because they say insulting things about your travel agency.
