I have been reading the internet forum on pins,  and there isn't any mention of my phone,  or of anyone else receiving these clothes.

this had me concerned that the Verizon store employee had been wrong about me carrying the pin in my wallet.   of course I still was !

they helped me to reset the phone pin,  and no clothes have arrived,  and no more phone calls about clothes.   I highly recommend the employees at the Verizon store,  they helped everything !

I have been dealing with the same issues from these guys.  I filed a formal complaint with the federal trade commission.  They told me not to take their calls not to talk with them not to pay them anything and also not to send anything back they ship to you.  The FTC complaint counselors can advise you how to deal with them and will investigate your complaints and hopefully shut these guys down.  If you want to file a complaint call 1-877-FTC-HELP.

William, good point about the Postal Service. When USPS gets involved, mail fraud or wire fraud can certainly bite those crooks.

Received 40 light bulbs that we did not order from First Class Distribution, Medford NJ.  I called and the bill was over $800!  That's $20 per outdated incandescent light bulb. (With a "lifetime guarantee" of course, if you really want to spend the time shipping each light bulb back every time one goes out... usually these get thrown out  by maintenance anyway and I'm sure they know that. - I could equip my entire building with 10 year LEDs for these prices. I did call and after trying to tell about their "policy" He did agree to give me an RMA # to return them.  That said...  this still is not resolved and will we get further bills??

You are neither obligated to pay them, nor return the product, if you never ordered them.

The issue is already resolved, unless Worst Class Discombobulation opts to break Federal law by forcing you to continue your unwanted relationship. Almost three years ago I wrote on the lead page here that merch you never ordered is yours to keep, no yank-back strings attached. In review of the thread, I see that no one including myself has explained why.

Both the US Postal Service and the Federal Trade Commission enforce their own versions of similar rules which control the traffic of unwanted and unordered goods sent to individuals and businesses. Similar laws are also common at the state level. They all say that the recipient of unordered items is not obliged to take any action and cannot be coerced into paying for them or their return. You may keep, return, destroy, or start a juggling act with the goods, as you like and the sender has no room to complain.

The FTC's rule prohibits the delivery of "any merchandise by any means without the express request of the recipient" unless the goods are obviously identified as freebies. Merchants who knowingly send unwanted things, generally to run a shakedown racket, risk a penalty capped (last I read) at $11K per violation if the FTC sues.

    Unsolicited Merchandise - USPS

True, but that is clearly not the situation in the post(s) you are replying to.  It seems that the poster Bill is replying to neither ordered nor paid for the bulbs,  hence Bill's comment to that effect.

I know the post is nearly 3 years old, so for those still dealing with this kind of scam;; They are yours to keep, if he tries to collect money for something you didn't order he is breaking fed law, call your local post office and file a complaint, it is a form of mail fraud, and a felony.

1.The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the location and arrest of Brian Keith Wallen.  Anyone with information concerning Wallen's whereabouts is urged to call the Baltimore office of the FBI at 410-265-8080.
    2.The ORIGINAL owner committed suicide.

3.Perhaps when they start bothering you for payment, you can ask for a "real address" say you never send money to a P.O. box.
Then a call to the FBI at the above number.
