i got the same Kind of call.. And they told me to call Tech Solution On 866-978-6711
And They Downloaded me Team Viewer, got the remote access of my computer and they checked my computer for virus and error... and guess what? there was Many problem it my computer. And they Fixed those problem for me.. And also Provided me Free Anti-Virus For 5yrs So that my computer be secured..
I guess They Provide Services For Good Cause First I thought they were a Scam. But Now i Have Now My computer Runs Faster Than Before even one of my friend is subscribed to those Services....

Got the call?   I suspect you are the one making the calls.  
WARNING to anyone tempted to fall for this scam.   Team Viewer is a FREE tool you can download from the internet and gives the person controlling it complete and total remote control of your computer.   Also, anyone calling you cold telling there is a problem with your computer is lying.   There is no way they can tell that unless they have already infected  your computer.   Don't fall for this shill's lies.

Got a call from John Brown saying my computer was registering problems on the Microsoft server.  Callerid said UNKNOWN but I pretended to be old and dumb and told him I needed to call back.  Gave me 1-866-978-6711 said he was in technical dept in Fresno, CA.  He finally hung up on me...guess he heard me trying not to laugh.

I wish the shills here would come up with something clever for once.
