- Tamianth replies to ShillKillMy guess is here after googling this company, it is a way/attempt to circumvent cease & desist and other debt collection laws and state orders such as NY has that say they do not have to be paid back etc. However, I am wondering since they are acting for and with a DC, if the having a DC license would be needed as in a attorney acting the same way.

- Tamianth replies to MJG| 3 repliesWho is scamwatcher1979, they are taking the posters to task over their posts? I think this is where the negative marks are coming from..
- MJG replies to Tamianth| 1 replyWho - no idea. Could be a newbie (or someone we know with a new ID). It does sound like someone with a chip on his/her shoulder.
- Tamianth replies to MJGI agree with you MJG, and nit picking the couple of OP's. I ran the company's listed in google and coughed nothing on either short of tons of Mediation this and that. I took him or her to task for nitpicking nicely..
- MidNYteStorm replies to ShillKillI saw that and I find it more laughable than anything else and I responded to their outrageous accusations with a twist they may not expect. Besides how can I get upset if too busy laughing?
- BigA replies to TamianthI think I have run into him before but with a slightly different screen name. i cannot remember if he has ever posted anything worthwhile, so my guess is that he has not.
