Are you kidding? That means they would have do their research and actually find a court. Then they would have to pick a docket for their phony filing. Then they would have to tell us when their phony case is coming up and hope that none of us are actually inclined to check the court and docket for the case that isn't there so we can come back here and tell them they're full of poo-poo.

Now how are they supposed to do all of that from the bar while chugging Milwaukee's Best and trying to pick up drunk women? It is Saturday night you know!

It is a fact that 90% of people from India do not finish school. By the 5th grade many can only spell their names. Do a web search to prove these facts. Now we get to exploitation of these people. We all know what job prospects are like in North America without an education. In the 21st Century what employment does no education provide you in Asia? Questions that answer themselves.

I was thinking more of the domestic shill who spends his days screaming at people and/or impersonating some hotshot lawyer, a process server, or the local sheriff. They usually drink the cheapest thing they can find on tap and rarely miss "Dollar Draft Night" at the local watering hole.

The Indian/Pakistani shill is a whole other character. Don't know what libations they enjoy, but it wouldn't surprise me if one of the few things we actually export to these countries is our cheap beer.

Spot on! I've mentioned a few times here that India is a third-world country with no real middle class to speak of. People there are either very rich or very poor, and the majority are very poor. The stats on education there don't surprise me either. The best way to keep a poor majority poor is to curtail education. The Taliban in Afghanistan denied education to women in order to keep them submissive. There is no military might in the world that can compete with the power of knowledge, and every oppressive regime throughout history has known that. That's why the old Soviet Bloc used to jam radio and TV signals from the outside....they didn't want people to know that there might be something better out there.
