If the complaint was that the call came from someone promoting that politician, then the name would have been on-topic, and I would not object. Too many people already think the Do Not Call list should block unwanted calls. Maybe the current president should have appointed that politician to head the Federal Trade Commission ... the outrage would be considerable !!

Exactly! People think the thing is a CALL BLOCKER. Then they spout off the same crap because the poster didn't do any RESEARCH!

Looks like someone went on a massive post-to-old threads blast in an effort to hide something that earlier appeared in a forum thread. Wonder if it was a bot or a shill-storm (many shills working through a long list already saved).
Admins are going to have to remove all those fake posts and then lock those old threads to keep it from happening again.

I have a bit of thought on that-not going to say it here however. We have had people fill up the 'Latest Forum Threads' with crap before, but not like this. I don't think it was a bot however-not sure if the programming is there, but usually bots don't dig up old threads, they make new ones. I could be wrong though

Sounds like a valid complaint until the last sentence. Food services are locally regulated and he should report it to the health department. Otherwise he was being pranked.

Jimbo alleges this call comes from ISIS terrorist thieves, and he has a grudge about being moderated :

On the same page, Randall makes the same allegations about ISIS twice.
    Neither offers any proof.

I have been seeing more and more of comments like that as of late. I have seen those comments aimed at the calls coming from overseas, but in this case it sounds like the poster would blame ISIS for any unwanted call.

A whole lot of different posters (yeah, right) complaining about this business in the last 24 hours. Coincidence? I don't think so. https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-214-396-0037

The number of posts in the time period is suspicious but I do know from my own experience years ago before Katrina wiped us out that those kinds of complaints are common. I had to switch companies because the one I initially used was charging me more than what I was told I would be and then tried to make me pay about $800 USD when I cancelled the service. They never did collect since they knew they were in the wrong and I could prove it.

They fail to realize that it is not the first time this has happened and we both know it will not be the last.

If the admin takes a look at the posting IP address it may all become clear.
