It's from a pre-paid calling card, and it's linked to Bell Canada exchange lines used from/to Canada. If somone uses it where Bell is their/your phone company (or the phone lines)the phone number will come up on the Caller ID.

calls on sunday evening and doesnt leave a message.. freaks :-(

this # calls my phone at leastttt 3 times a day.. and its at  7 am, or 11:30 pm, what the heck is it????, its getting soooo anoying!!!

416 210-3998 called my cell phone. Missed the call and tried to call back.  Unable to connect.  Whomever did not leave a message.  I am the Washington, DC area and have no connections in Cananda.

Got a call from this number offering to lend me 25000 if I buy a $1000 insurance policy. Requested copies of my drivers liscence, social security card, and verification of income

Caller said his name was Nicholas Court  w// cb no of 1866-681-8954

I've gotten two calls from this number today. The date is 08/28/07. No message left. First call was at 4:08 pm. Second call was at 4:37 pm. Neither time did they leave a message or even let it ring long enough for my voicemail to pick up. Three rings each time. Only friends and family have my cell number and my phone isn't even under my name.

Really weird.

I just called the number back and the automated message said " a person with a pre-paid calling card has tried to reach you. Please hang up now "

I use my cell with prepaid calling card (eurolink) and and I suspect that the 416 210-3998 is linked to their system. It s not hard to change your own ID and name if you yous some systeme like asterisk  http://www.asterisk.org/or equivalent

We got that call all summer - blank and no message when on answering machine. It's calling my home line. Tonight I *69 the number, google it and got here. The fact there even is this kind of discusion on a phone number just made this random call even more annoying.

Ya this number calls at least once a day, all my call display says is "Ontario" If it is a prepaid calling card its no one we know because anyone who needs to get ahold of us has our cell phone numbers. So its very weird for sure...

I just answered a call from this number, and yes it is somebody using a prepaid long distance card.  im in Vancouver and my cousin called me from Edmonton using calling card and this is the number that came up...

I also got a call and my daughter as well as my husbands cell phones. Who is doing this is not cool!!! I am in the USA, so it is just not in Canada.

a girl who sounded cute just called, and told me that "i told her to call" from this number, which was complete boloney. i wish i could find out if she is hot, or just some fat crazy canadian chick who is bored out of her mind.

I live in Quebec and i got a call from this number!!! I wasn't here so i call it back and..it sounds like a fax beep!!!  So Weird!!!  It's creepy!

You know what would be "tricky" is if bill collectors started using calling cards.
