This number is for Qwest. I work for a small business and they call 4-5 times a week 2-3 times a day. I have told them that I can not help them and to call another #.  I have given them all the info they need to speak to the person who handels the account. They said many time that they will change it, but they haven't.

Yeah,  The next time they call: 1) if I'm still with Qwest I'll say "Qwest handles my Qwest account."
2) if I'm not with Qwest I'll say "Yes, Qwest did handle my account"

Yep, they just called I told them we dont have Qwest.

First they asked to speak to the person who handles Qwest account.  Must be USBI.

Just got one of these calls.  I've been a qwest customer for decades.  What's the matter with them?  Can't they look stuff up?

Person asked who in my organization handles the account with Qwest-- but I think that is said to make you *think* that they are calling from Qwest... but I don't believe that they are; I think they buy a list of customers from Qwest and try to sell them additional services that are not currently being obtained from Qwest (such as, in my case, long distance). The person then told me that I was entitled to a reduction on my bill-- at which point I told him that I was not interested, and hung up.

Said they were from Quest when they called.  When I asked who the company was, they said Preferred!
When I asked them to take us off their call list, and could I speak to a supervisor, they hung-up.

They keep calling and hang up when someone answers, wasting both our time. We now blocked their # so problem solved.

it's a scam to get you to change your long distance carrier from qwest to theirs. act like they are working for qwest and con you into using their company.

Same here - only said they were affiliated with AT&T and they are not.

This number presently appears as a contact number on Telplex's web site. This company has used 725-251-5591 to call the office multiple times this year despite numerous requests to stop.

According to their site, the lease lines from various carriers -- suggesting that they may be service resellers.

Telplex is now using 725-204-8731 to call people with UNAVAILABLE appearing as the caller name. More information about the company is available at 888-479-2770.
