This number called the office today. Immediately, the female on the other end wanted to speak to the person handling our phone account about techs coming to upgrade the phone service. I asked if she was calling from Telplex, a third party service reseller, and she confirmed it. I explained how Telplex called here over a dozen times since last summer, that I'm not interested in doing business with them, and that they promised two other times before that the calls would stop only to start up again three months later each time. When I asked why I was being called again, she stated she had only worked there two weeks and didn't know. I reiterated that I wasn't interested and wanted the calls to stop once and for all. When she tried to discuss the phone service again, I cut her off and truthfully told her I've already renewed the phone service for the coming year and I didn't need to speak to anyone else about it. At that point, she finally conceded defeat.

This is a new number for Telplex to use to call here. All of their calls here last year came from 725-251-5591.
