    Just what in the call or text you received proves that it was a "criminal"? Missed calls could be from anyone: telemarketers, debt collectors, pranksters, surveys, notifications, alerts, wrong numbers, etc.

    Missed call. Message left sounds like a loan scam. Might be a robocall but sounded more human than similar calls we've gotten. The voice, which I'll call Henry, said something about "estimated monthly payments around 400 per month" and left this callback number: 866-295-5250
