    Received a call from this number. A quiet voice asked if I was Mr. xxxxx. I said yes and then then silence. I said hello a couple of times with no answer forthcoming. I hung up.

    I did not answer since at this time the 428 area code isnt assigned so I know this is a bogus telephone number. Also once it isassigned 428 is a Canadian Area code and I don't know many people in Canada
