- 1call goes to answer machine and voice asks "Are you there? " never, never answer in the affirmative if you answer such a call. You will have committed to something you did not intend to do.
- 2Does anyone else have this problem There are numerous reports on this site reporting calls from "Nicole" using many (probably spoofed) numbers. "Nicole" is a name connected with many different scams. Report the calls you get to ReportFraudFTC.gov.

- 1A name is given on the id which is probably not the caller. When call goes to answer machine a female voice says " This is Nicole with Consumer something or other... This is the 33 call from this person using different id's and numbers. There is no way to block the countless numbers of this scam...

- 1caller may be same party who has called 4 times with different names. sometimes leaving message about a home warranty.
