"USSP Shipping" using a new phone # to scam

USSP Shipping is using a new phone number-Be on the look out. It is 847-258-9562. This time they asked for the President of our company.

Using 480 400-0252 to scam their shipping. Received a call identifying herself with "US Standard Shipping" saying they have a package for us that has come back to them 2x. She knew the name of our co. president, but not his position. She wanted to speak to our shipping manager and to verify our address. I replied with a question of "who is the original shipper?" She replied "good question" and placed me on hold. On comes "Terry" who tried her fake best to be friendly and funny. She even said her hair was a mess today but better than Trump's. She then says since we are a great customer (never heard of them) we are eligible to receive a trip to blah, blah, blah or a brand new whatever. I cut her off with a strong reprimand of disrespecting our President and to never call here again. Called the number back on caller ID and there's an auto answer saying you've reached USSP Shipping.

They are also using 941-222-1256 in Bradenton Fl
I called the real company and told them that their name was being used for scams.

The Number that came over our line is 480-428-3507 persistent, but I knew that we were not waiting on any packages. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I received pretty much the same call as Cynthia (including the Trump's bad hair day joke).  They called from 763-308-1893, however.  First they acted like they were the shipping company (USSP Shipping)- then after I was transferred to the "jokester", they were the shipper (US Standard Products)?  I asked how on earth that happened?  She told me the gal in the shipping department called me and she must be confused.
Really?  She doesn't know where she works? LOL. Dopes.  I did a google search while on the phone and told her that I was looking at a bunch of scam reports and hung up.

I just received a call from them,from 817-203-0335. They knew my owners name, but had our old company name. They asked for his cell #, I didn't give it to her, but she needed another #. I gave her mine, not knowing it was a scam. I also didn't know they name of the company because she said it so fast. I  called the number back and I got the message about USSP shipping. So now I think I need to change my #

Got this call today. Experience similar to those previously posted. After being transferred I was told  "Since you have been such a good customer to us, we would like to thank you by sending you a licensed baseball jersey." "Can I just verify your address?"
They used a local number of 763-308-1893. They clearly were not from the area as the 3 I spoke with on the phone had east coast accents.
Don't waste your time on the phone with them. Scammers, and rude people.

Same scam twice in past week to our office phone number. A package was returned to them as undeliverable - a "customer appreciation gift" - and would we verify the information so they could resend it.  Sending Braves baseball items as we were such big baseball fans. Lol.

I got the call, the first girl put me on hold, the second guy said his boss tried to send me a promotional shirt.  I asked who his boss was, he said John Smith,  Ironically, my boss is actually named Jon Smith. I don't quite understand the point of this though, we are a business and our address is publicly listed.  Anyone know what they get out of it?

I just received the same call and also informed her that her insult to the President of the USA was completely disrespectful.  Take us off their list!!!

Received a call from 208-437-7876 - another phishing scam - caller statedshe was from us shipping and that  a package being sent to our company was returned twice.  When i inquired as to which address the package was being sent to - they could not tell us the exact address only that the partially read the street name - which was our old street - we moved over a year ago and all of our business relationships are aware of our new address -  i called the number back and when i inquired what package was returned they asked if i was the person in charge of safety and field supplies - i informed her that we do not order these type of supplies from their company and have never ordered and will never order from them - and then i asked if this was a scam (i knew it was) - she immediately hung up the phone.   *****scam****

Received same call using long island phone number 516-636-0941 in new york. When i questioned her, the address she was mailing to and what it is she was trying to ship... She hung up.

The exact same thing here.  Stupid Trump joke and all.  I hung up on them and did an internet search and found this site.  I also did a search for US Standard Products, out of NJ, the number calling me was 704-448-0930, a NC area code, I spoke with the operator of the US Standard Products and informed her of this scam and that they were using their name related to this scam.  Hang up on any USSP Shipping Calls!  Because 2 minutes into this conversation it will become US Standard Products!!!!!

liars liars liars - fraudulently using the name of a real reliable and trusted compay's name to commit fraud  you should be ashamed of yourselves  thieves!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! USSP Shipping. First a guy called and wanted to speak to a Project Manager, I asked what project, we have about 25 projects.  He then says he needs to talk to a manager about a package that was returned, I told him we have many managers, what address was it returned from.  He proceeded to ask for the office manager, when I said I am the office manager he hung up on me.  I called back. A guy answered and said they needed to talk to Sandy.  When Sandy picked up the phone he then hung up on her.
