Caller identified himself from "The Official Yellow Pages". He had a heavy accent possible Indian. Asked if I would update my yellow pages. I said I had customers and can I call him back. He asked when would be a good time for him to call me back. I said I am always with a customer and can I get a phone number to call him back. He mumbled and hung up.

This number calls...but never anyone there.

I just received a call from this number on my cell phone. I was not able to pick up but they didn't leave a message either.

I got a call from the number 0000300 and it left me a voicemail when i didnt answer.  when i listened to the voicemail it was just sounds that sounder like it was in somones pocket.
