I was concerned about these types of phone numbers as well but then I looked at my phone history and found the same type of numbers. They are access codes sent to you when you attempt to sign into an online account. Many companies use 2-step authentication to authenticate your identity and if the device you are using is not recognized you have to input a code that is texted to your phone number so that you can access the site.

OK, well first off, no one, not even you can call this number since it cannot possibly exist.  Now, on to the next problem.  You obviously never learned your numbers in school since you seem to be immensely confused based on the number listed in your post.  A post by the way that has been reported.
