I get this annoying calls from some RX company that outsources to some Indian company. They call continuously, at list once a week, if you dont answer they keep on calling. They offer Viagra and other medications without prescriptions. I have also been very rude with them, and I imitate their accent, but still cannot get rid of them. I have asked them for their phone number and they told me that they dont have one, they use the internet to call.
It is time that cell phone companies and land line phone companies stop this  very annoying pests. Also I dont like the fact that this American companies find ways to outsource and avoid paying US employees and also they should not be allowed to sell you prescriptions from their telemarketers office in India. This is really the proof that we are going a little to far with the law and regulations especially RX prescription should be monitored in a better way.

I also get calls from this "American Online Pharmacy" as they say. They call at least once a day and today they called four times. I've informed them about the Do Not Call Registry, but I'm sure they don't even know what it is. I was nice at first, but lately have been very rude since being polite hasn't stopped. I've tried to get the name out of them and one time one of them said it was Arix Pharmacy. I looked up the name and found nothing. Sometimes when you ask too many questions to find out who they are, they just hang up. I agree with the previous poster about the law. The Do Not Call registry applies in the US, even if you are outsourcing.

Update: There is an Ar Ex Pharmacy in New Jersey. I'll be giving them a call to see if it's them.
