Why would I give anyone who call me my info. Thank god for google I just blocked their number END of that.

I want these nitwits to go away.  Can anyone tell me who they are so they can be prosecuted?

I received a call from this number +0010000, I tried to call back but couldn't. I told the man he had a wrong number, he told me he was with the federal government and advised me to change my telephone number that he had my number assigned to someone named Alex. The man was hard to understand with his foreign accent.

My phone calls started soon after I began to fill out employment applications online.  There was a box you could check if you were interested in going back to college, I checked "maybe".  I didn't even complete the application and left the site without saving my information, however I do feel this is how they got it.  It's either 001-0000 or all zeros calling.  I have cussed them out on numerous occasions and keep telling them I'm on the national do not call registry and they could face a fine for continuing to call me.  I don't think they understand anything I say, they are reading a script and if you say anything at all, they just keep reading it.  I tried filing a complaint with the national do not call registry but you have to have a legitimate phone number to report so it wouldn't let me do it.  Very frustrating.
