I get phone calls from this number every hour in the mornings. It's annoying! How do i get this to stop?

I have been getting multiple calls per day from this number the last week! Its SO annoying! I also use AT&T so I think someone for sure stole the information. I am reporting the number right now.

I get multiple calls too.  However, I don't think it is stolen information.  I use Verizon Wireless and whom ever it is placing the calls has been using the 011-001-8668711 but called a few minutes ago using only the 001-866-8711.  That leads me to believe its one of those websites or apps that allows you to do a fake call and enter the number you want on caller id and they forgot to enter the 011 that time.

This number call me to day..

Called for a few days and I didn't answer.  I answered this morning with, "What the f*** do you want?!  Who the f*** is this?  What do you want????!!!!"
A guy stammered a couple non-distinguishable words and hung up on me.
