Bonjour, je suis de Québec également. On m'a contactée la semaine dernière (vers le 24 juillet 12) et croyez-le ou non j'ai reçu le produit hier, soit le 31 juillet. Tout est conforme et je crois vraiment que les crèmes vont me convenir. J'ai effectué le paiement par Internet ce matin et tout s'est bien déroulé. Je ne sais pas ce qui m'a guidée, mais j'avais confiance, même si j'étais un peu hésitante. Bien sûr en acceptant leur offre, je ne suis pas sans craindre qu'ils me harcèlent à nouveau, ce sera le côté que j'aurai à gérer ! J'ai 57 ans et je suis très "protectrice" et intéressée en ce qui regarde ma peau. Quand on parle de crèmes, mes oreilles s'aiguisent ! Pour ce qui est de celles-ci, j'aime leur texture, leur odeur, et j'ai l'impression qu'elles vont agir.
Faudrait que je vous en reparle dans quelques.....mois !

Call from this number on August 27, 2012 at 11:15a.m.  Said was from Switzerland with a survey about skin care for men.  Asked for me by name.  Heard many other sales voices in background like a sales boiler room.  She definitely wasn't Swiss.  She was persistent and I finally hung up on her.

J'ai recu cet appel ce matin et Carla Mayer était super insistante.....
J'ai eu 40 minutes de tél à l'écouter et j'ai finalement obtenu son nom , le site internet le # de tél vert plus un autre numéro de tél. elle me disait qu'elle était en Suisse, elle m,a donné l'adresse complète de ce labo.
quand tu dis que le paiement s'est très bien déroulé est-ce que tu as payé par carte de crédit ou par transfer bancaire.... selon toi auraient ils accepté un mandat poste ce qui ne donne aucun renseignement personel sur internet.
j'aimerais que tu me parle de ce qui va se passer après le paiment et maintenant est-ce qu'ils te tél à tous les mois???? est-ce qu'ils veulent te vendre d'autres produits de la meme facon?

My 86 year old mother received a call at 8AM this morning from Derma futura. The telemarketer praised her for an hour and a half not letting mom place a word. After that time she said so I am sending the products to you and mom replied You wasted my time you used my age to try to con me.And my final answer is still no thanks, and she hung up.  Thank God my mom is still very alert.
How can the law enforcement prosecute them as they seem to be untraceable????
They are ''suppose'' to be in Switzerland and we are in Canada.  How in the world to they get our phone number??? NUISANCE NUISANCE

En tout cas, elle a de la placote.. Quand j'ai dit à cette Mme Mayer que je ne mettais que de l'eau dans mon visage, cela ne l'a même pas fait réagir.. Ce que je déteste c'est qu'elles donnent toutes le même prénom.. Il serait curieux d'appeler à cet endroit et de demande Mme Mayer pour savoir si c'est la même voix qui va nous répondre.. Je gage ma chemise que non.. S'ils sont fiers du produit qu'ils vendent, ils n'auraient aucun problème à s'identifer. Il y a plusieurs années, je travaillais comme téléphoniste - service à la clientèle pour un vendeur de produit pour maigrir.. On avait toutes des faux noms.. la game je la connais.. l'effet placebo fait des miracles, mesdames.. des miracles! Se sont vos commentaires que je lisais au même moment qu'elle me faisait son baratin qui m'ont convaincu de raccrocher!. Merci

Décidément Mme Meyer est vraiment coriace (en plus elle n'est certainement pas Suisse).  J'ai essayé de raccrocher plein de fois, mais elle est habile et je ne voulais pas être impolie, mais maintenant, je me dis que j'aurais dû. Je me suis fait embarquée, mais je l'ai tout de suite regretté, alors j'ai immédiatement rappelé la cie sur leur ligne 1-855-256-1398 pour USA et Canada.  Ils m'ont dit que ma commande n'avait pas été traitée encore (24h) et qu'ils me rappelleraient demain pour tout annuler.  Je ne les lâcherai pas.  Je les rappellerai moi-même demain matin.

Moi aussi j'ai eu de la solicitation par téléphone d'une représentante de la suisse, je voulais juste vous dire que j'ai accepté d'essayer la crème nettoyante et antiride pour le visage, le prix payé était de 72$ canadien. Étant satisfait de leurs produits, je prévoyais de ré-essayer de nouveau.

I got this from a lab in Switzerland they knew my name and wanted to offer me product from a swiss lab for skin problems, prior I got a call from another country 028-982-2539 that I didn't answer.

Called me 10:00 am Swedish time.
Asked for my father by his name but settled with any man in the house. Started asking questions about my shaving routines and my skin, said I was in a hurry and hung up.
Younger female with bad english.

Called me in Sweden. I want to know exactly where they got my mobile number from. They couldn't answer. Nerver but this crap

This morning at 9 a.m. (Eastern Time) I got "the call" - purporting to be from Lugano, Switzerland.  It starts out pretending to be a survey (how often do I shave?  how old am I?  is my skin oily?) and the lady (with a strong, vaguely-European accent) pays me compliments all along the way (I sound young for my age, etc.).  Then she launches into the sales pitch for some skin care line: Sounded like they would send it at no risk to me and then, if I liked it, I could pay (I seem recall) something like $120 for the products.  At that point, having strung her along enough, I thanked her (over the sound of her continuing sales pitch) and hung up.

Then I started wondering: Where did she get my name and phone number from?

Scary.

Be careful of this company and its particular dealings.

The caller will tell you they're offering their line of skin care to customers in Canada and may use the product for 10 days, then call customer care line with your comments.

You can either pay for the product then, or return it.

The cost of the product is $107.77.

The company will not ask you for a credit card, and you will receive the skin care product for free if you agree.

If you, as the consumer of this product, wish to return the product, the company does not have the means of doing so.

On its website (dermafutura.com), the firm states orders must be cancelled by email, or by writing an address in Italy. Products must be returned with their original packaging.

This is a direct e-mail response from the company in regards to its skin care return -

"Unfortunately, we have no possibility to let the products come back to Europe because of the customs restrictions, and that is why we would like you to keep the products without paying the invoice, which will be cancelled."

A loop-hole in an ingredient used to make this particular skin care, is allowed into Canada. It is not allowed INTO Europe. As long as the country it is being shipped to allows said ingredient, Dermafutura is allowed to ship it.

This is clearly misrepresentation of said product. Sadly, other people might not know they can do something and just pay the bill, which I’m sure is what they are counting on.

Asking for Mrs. ?????. I said who is this and she told me her name( I didn't catch it) then went into her dialogue using my name. I said I didn't say who I was and I won't be speaking with you. Goodbye and hung up. I am on the do not call list and will be reporting  this call

I am supposed to be on a Bell NO CALL List but these idiots keep calling me.
I've contacted Bell numerous times to ask WHY I get these calls. No reason given.
I believe Bell is selling our names rather than protecting them. The only way Bell can prove me wrong is to once and for all
STOP these unsolicited calls.

I just got a call from switzerland a young lady that is asking me a survey and then she will send me derma futura and visage creams to my door step , while i was talking to her , i checked online for the name and found out that its a scam ,told her i recorded your call and im going to the police station , she hang up
