My bank gave me this number and said they can't stop the transaction from their side, I must contact them personally !!! I don't even live in South Africa any more !!!! Could you let me know if you have any luck contacting them, it's a bit expensive to phone from here in Cyprus...otherwise I will just have to cut my losses and close the bank account.
- AnonymousI was given the same contact number and ref 9663 by my bank after some debits appeared that I didn't recognize. Happy to say that when I called it was Nedbank call center and it was for UIF payments for my domestic that I had authorized. So after being very alarmed by the above posts I was very happy it was all above board.

Funny because I dont have a Cell C telephone or a Nedbank Account
I realised they have been deducting for 3 months already! What can you do about this: (I bank at FNB)
You can cancel it VIA Cellphone Banking *120*321# Banking,Stop Debit order Costs R5
If you cancel it in the Bank : Costs are +-R50.00
Once Cancelled you go to the bank in order for them to reverse the money (All moneys deducted within 30 days can be reversed)
The bank cannot prevent this debit order to the fullest extend - but they can prevent the deduction a litte Therefore you have to go to the bank as I do not want to post the details on Google - Im sure the mean people who steal money from us also read the post to look for a better way so steal money
The worst that can hapen - is to either not be aware of your money being or that you have to eventually change your banking details.
I am also a bit skeptic as to where they get our banking details from.. I recently gave mine to old mutual's insurance dept and I am a bit worried that one of their consultants is giving these information freely. I would say- dont give your details to someone you feel uncomfortable with - They might work for a legit company - but you do not know what they do after hours with your personal information - bennythis people are pro's, queried a deposit into my account, since i have no investments what so ever with NED BANK..... the
"consultant" insisted that i give my bank account details.....hell no, not my bank details, especially not over the telephone or to a stranger claiming he can help trace and resolve the query. be warned.- Caller: 011 710 4056
- NikitaToday i finally got time nd went to the bank and they gave this number to call and tell them to stop debiting money from my account. I googled and i got here. The reference is 9663 as well.
- Princessthey also made a debit order of R99 from my account an hour ago by this bloody company ref:Triadgser and when i queried it from my bank FNB they cancelled the debit order and reversed my money, and they gave me this number 011 710 - 4056 and company name Netcore, to find out who is debiting my money, when they answered they said its Nedbank and i dont have any business with nedbank, they told me they cant help me i have to contact my bank so they can do Banks serv or something like that. but they flippin took my money and its not the first time last year same thing happened but it was a different reference name. who the f.......k are this people trying to steal my money and where did they get our banking details.

- shocked _Ai just got an sms saying VODACOM debited my account for R390, funny , i dont use Vodacom, when i went into my internet banking to try and stop / dispute it, i was unable to. i then searched for the company details and got this 011 710 4056 number !!! i called it, hoping id get a voice mail or even find out if it exists, imagine my shock when someone a lady by the name of Melissa picked up!!! she informed me ive called in at Nedbank....im on night shift so i thought is should use the company phone. strange .... im angry , confused and will be on the look out for this every month. but thats my 400 gone!!! the very last of my money in my account at this time of the month. disgusted.
