I'm not a 3 customer and I've started getting these phantom calls of a woman saying goodbye after about a minute of silence. Tried to call back and number wasn't recognised. They called on my landline. I'm ex-directory so how did they get my number??

I'm not a 3 customer. They keep calling my landline. Bad enough when they just hang up, but one time a voice said Goodbye! in a rather unpleasant way, which freaked me out. Can't call them back, number not recognised.

I'm getting at least 2 calls a day to my landline from this number. Just silecne and then phone hangs up. I am not a 3 customer, my landline is with talktalk. Does anyone know a way of blocking these calls from a landline?

Go and upgrade yourself...People want to be left in peace. If we want upgrades we'll find them ourselves. I've just been woken up from a much needed sleep by a call from this number

Just had a call from this one, no reply when I said hello, just the beeps and I was sleeping...ggrrrrrr..wish they'd upgrade off!!

I just received a cal from that number and they offered me home insurance!!!

this number has called my line a couple of times,,but there does not seem to be anyone at the other end,,realy annoying! i have contacted my provider and got this number blocked,you may well be able to do this also,,to any wierd number that comes your way,,but,,there is a small cost for this. hope this helps..

This number......4-5 times a day for the past 3 day's !! Always dead...... cheesing me right off !!!

I had the same caller when I did a 1471 check. If they ring and I get to the telephone in time then they will get the full blast of a whistle that I have by the telephone which will ring in their ears if they have head sets on , which most call centre do, this will be in the heads for many minutes. suggest evryone does the same. if you don't want to be bothered

I think they call all numbers from zero up, so directory is irrelevant
