Can u please find who call me from this number I got a missed call whn I'm calling back it doesn't ring

They say they are from ARA collections in Cape town.  They have been harrasing us about an employee we used to have, who has an outstanding debt.  We have repeatedly told them that they have left our emply but they carry on harrassing us.  If anyone knows who we can report them to, please post the number, thank you

I keep getting calls from this number as well, I have told them that I am going under debt review. Still they are calling me ... I am going to report them to the National Credit Regulator.

These people are calling with false pretences.they say they calling regarding a personal claim n, which immediatly makes u think this is somthing other than debt collector.  Acording to the credit and collections act they have to be honest about who they are. The lady that always calls me claims tobe a Mrs Ravell and she is very rude and persistant.

I aggree. Also have received a voice mail from these people telling me about a claim. Problem is...I live in Gauteng not Cape Town. I don't see the need why I should waste my time and money phoning them back. Clearly some form of wrong information was given out to ARA.

I received a call from this number last night at 19h45 and a message was left referring to a claim number and that I should contact Mrs Sallie urgently..
Who are these people and why do they call so late?? They have claim numbers, where did this come from???

Come on something need to be done about this. I also received a missed call from this number when I am trying to call back no answered. This is very annoying and it must stop now. I believe this number can be traced. Where can I report this ?

As per the FDCPA they need to send you debt validation. Also check the SOL for your state. Follow the steps in what you need to know.
