    Received a phone call saying the government is paying $5200 for over charges to me. I was told to call this no. and they would send me a check. Rang no.and they require $200 from me after applying for an application a western union money transfer form for legal tender before receiving the $5000.

    Very nice scam - whoever falls for it sends an unretrievable $200 and gets - nothing.
